How does it Work? 

Built into our service is a briefing and discovery meeting, where we will spend quality time with yourselves, to understand your business values, products and services. This will be virtual correspondence and or a personal meeting. This ensures that while working on your campaign we can provide a more interactive and personal service, creating rapport with your customers and converse technical information more clearly. We will agree with you what qualifying questions you would like us to ask and a typical Q&A about your product. 

Further to our initial discovery meeting, we will provide you with a structured proposal for your campaign which will clearly detail the objectives, goals, activity levels and recommended initial time period in order to achieve desired results and maximise ROI.

How Much does a Telemarketing Campaign Cost?

Beyond the initial set up fee (which covers product and company training, market research, and administration cost £250 average) paid pre-launch, fees are payable by invoice monthly. We base our rates on a daily rate which can be for between 1 - 5 days a week, typically for a 3 month period, depending on campaign needs, your budget, required outcome and the type of project we are marketing. Ideally, the most successful campaigns need to run for a minimum of 20 days to gain significant results. We will work with data you supply, which we can update, cleanse and feedback into your CRM or onto spreadsheets. We can source data from a reputable supplier or work the sourcing into your price. 

Our approach is designed to provide you with face to face meetings which convert to sales. Occasionally it is more productive to arrange a telephone conversation. If your appointment cancels we will re-arrange another in our own time. 

We will require a dedicated email address from your domain/url / sign in and configuration to your CRM / access to your target data. (This can be in any format you currently use)  Sales managers names & contact details, access to calendars, their territories and home base travel distance times.  

Included: Local, National & Mobile telephone calls, emails, weekly high point reports, monthly progress reports & database updates, ongoing open contact with a dedicated agent.       A prepaid Skype account will be required for overseas campaigns.
